I've used Nathan for refinancing and also recently for the sale of our property to purchase another, with both settlement dates on the same day to minimise any upfront or extra costs.

Not only did I initially choose Nathan after seeing the excellent reviews here (one of which was from someone I know personally), he came highly recommended by both my real estate agent and conveyancing firm throughout the process — unprompted praise that speaks for itself.

Comparing this experience to my first home purchase, where the builder had their own brokerage firm tied to the development and I didn't realise I had the option to go elsewhere — the difference is night and day.
